You know there was always something about Mizuryu Kei's works that just never felt right to me. Not the rampant sex or them being unashamed sluts, it went a lot deeper then that. And I think i finally know what has been bothering me about this guys stories.

In most cases his stories either fall under
"Using Sex as a coping mechanism to deal with something else going on in their lives",
"Living a double life not being true to who you actually are" or
"Acting like a completely different person(almost to the point of being feral) and pretending the 5 people you just fucked for 8 hours never even existed" all 3 of which imho diminish the sex as a whole as when you get down to it, the people these girls are fucking might as well be glorified sex toys, and in this doujin in particular this doesn't get resolved until like right at the end (Very weakly might i add)

Some may say that that happens in a lot of hentai, but it's particularly prominent in Mizuryu Kei's works, and i don't think this is an unfair complaint. Just the idea of putting sex on the same level as being an alcoholic or a drug addict to deal with your problems in life never sat right with me. I get what you're saying about how sex is framed in Kei's stories, but to me the appeal is the hyper-casual nature of it. I don't think it's objectifying, more just imagining a fantasy world where sex is so casual and carefree that it's sorta lost its grip on public consciousness that it has in our world thanks to a combination of ubiquity and taboo.
