-2 Stars for unnecessary overly used ripping cloths trope in general, which breaks the immersion of the story. [Funnily enough for a story about making a D&D story more immersive. XD]
-1 Star for shoes ripping on digitigrade feet when they would just fall off loooooong before ripping or be taken off by the one changing out of discomfort or pain.
-1 Star for belt bursting before killing the wearer or causing serious injury when the wearer would have removed it long ago out of discomfort or pain.
-1 Star for shirt being ripped from growth in arias that don't make sense. [EG: at the seams would make more sense] assuming the wearer would not remove it out of discomfort or pain long before it rips.
-1 Star for denim pants ripping before the discomfort of them cutting into the wearers hips/torso and/or cutting off circulation in the legs prompts the wearer to take them off.
-1 Star for stupid unnecessary giantess, which breaks immersion as rat folk are small to tiny characters in D&D...

Why make a rat-folk character Big? Even in terms of DND the enlarge person spell only bumps you up a size category (Going from Small sized to Medium size), And your equipment/clothes change to match.
