I dunno, I don't think Batman would pass it all up... unless they were committing crimes at the time. If they just tried to fuck him I don't think he'd resist as much as people might like to think. Looking at the narrative, Janet Van Dorn who is a super hot babe and is on the side of law asked him for sex to which he obliged. Batgirl did have sex with him and she's on the side of law. Ivy drugged him, and he's been known to let her have her way with him to a certain extent. Catwoman is a love interest of his. Apparently, he screwed Candy and Tracy as Bruce (and possibly Batman) and there wasn't necessarily anything there were doing at the time that was illegal. That leaves us with about half the girls who Batman either took advantage of or got taken advantage of through some form of villainy. Now, does it make sense? Not really. But I don't think it is impossible.

And I'm not defending or supporting the narrative, just saying it isn't outside the realm of possibility. I fully admit to being biased and wanting to see Bats get with all the babes though, so take this with a grain of salt I guess.
