The gallery system only directly supports images, but you have two indirect options:
1. Create a torrent that contains everything including the SWFs, and upload the torrent using the "torrent download" link on this page, which gives a popup that has the option to upload at the bottom.
2. Upload the complete set including the SWFs to some file hosting site like Mega, and include the download link in your uploader comments.
