Bleh... I hate it when comic artists do this... create comic, and then decide that something needs to be backtracked on or some exposition needs to be had about something, and so they start putting in filler stuff instead of simply continuing the story... making it stupidly annoying because you see the comic pop up in the feed, so you think 'OH! NEW STUFF!' but you go to it, see the last couple of panels and go "wait, there's nothing new..." cause you see same couple of panels at the end point repeatedly.... then you go "wonder if i'm just missing something' so you look and see the page numbers have in fact been increasing... then you notice 'well shit, they've been putting stuff in the middle of the comic, AFTER people have ALREADY been reading it!'....

Get the story straight from the get go.... if you have to go into some 'well maybe I should explain why I want to be so curvy', then you should have done so prior to making the other panels.... or, just finish off the scene that's currently what people are waiting to see completed, THEN add AT THE END of that scene, the flash back...

Also, why are there so many 'flash back style' scenes? I mean, the very beginning STARTED OFF as a 'flash black', and now you're having flash backs inside of flash backs....

From what I have seen in this artist's past work, transforming into a cow hybrid always means a loss of IQ. I am all for whatever sexy times they wanna add, but I wish to see this glasses kid do some more research on the matter and try to do something about that. Solve the mind-dulling symptoms, even after they reach the story point from the first page. I personally like when porn comics and manga have some great writing, along with the crazy antics in-between. And where the story is, it could go places, instead of sticking to the usual cliches it might seemingly lead to. Like Netorare, as most others are expecting, but I consider NTR more of a conscious informed action rather than one made by a character whose mental state is elsewhere.

I dunno, just having some hope for where things might lead to, rather than think too much about the paths taken on this journey. Like, this mess was enabled by him, I wanna see both of them find a solution for each other... who am I kidding... It is kinda depressing, but who can say?

This was a fun read for a while, but it's starting to get pretty old with the flashbacks and attempted vindication or whatever this is supposed to be. Apparently glasses need has had a crush on her for a while but she ignored it until it was beneficial to her to date him, or she had no other options due to lack of popularity. Whatever the case, these flashbacks that were assumedly supposed to justify her decision and hatred for nerd boy are only going back on the original perception that they were both outcasts and found some kind of respite in one another. The author is, I guess, trying to make the nerd kid being booted make sense to completely brush off the possibility of NTR but at this point I'd genuinely prefer to see that than this.. mess. I'm assuming I'm not the only one following this now just to see IF anything happens rather than when. Good art, fucking atrocious attempt at story.

Yeah...the non-color pages feel ...weird. It especially makes it not work, since it breaks the characterization previously established, and means all the effort ESTABLISHING that characterization is pointless. (And, if she's going to become a functionally mindless cowgirl, then giving her such an in-depth personality is pointless).

The severe delay in new comics is also annoying. A comic has to decide if it's plot first, or porn first, and if it's plot first, the plot needs to be GOOD.

Agreed with the last few posters. The plotline here is just... weird. It seems to be going to try to justify the new "Cow Cassie" being a major slut (nothing wrong with that and does not need justification) and allowing anyone and everyone to have a piece of her pussy.

@Tristail - There's no indication that it is NTR. I don't know about you, but if some guy I just started dating turned me into a cow, I'd definitely break up with him. It's not like if she has any emotional connection to him. Could just be he was more helpful, or rather, he was unhelpful when she goes to him for help, but instead he gets her to enjoy being a cow girl, by sex amongst other things, then she decides she doesn't want to go back.

The artist is obviously drawing out this story to siphon as much patreon bux as possible from their "fans".

There was hardly any point to the whole romance build up, except to draw out the story, or to purposefully make most of the readers upset with ntr.

Could've just started with page 1, with the backstory being the girl trying out the cheerleading thing getting bullied, her looking up this stuff herself and it going "horribly wrong" into the cow transformation since she doesn't know anything about this stuff. Easy transition from that into her being a cowslut, but no you have to set up a decent little romance only to sucker punch anyone who liked it with surprise out of nowhere out of character NTR, while also heavily delaying the porn and tf aspects of the story. Fuck this artist.

We get a first flash back to explain her low self esteem but introduces another boy who is seems like a predator but gives girl some confidence. Then we comeback to the present where the girl is making no sense pushing the boy who has loved her for her away. They we get another flash back where the boy is in deep and girl is with the predator. And if he isn't a predator why does girl need bigger breasts. -Dude in first pick: Yes! Lets fuck!
And here we insert unfinished content that leads into page 1.

You kinda missed the part where a lot of this is a flashback. The point being: yes, Alex has a crush on the main character. We didn't see when he asked her to be in a relationship, but it is implied that she ended up with him after the month. The part at the dance could very well be before he asked her out, it's definitely within the one month timeframe (her boobs are still small). Basically you don't ask a girl to go to you at the dance if she's already your girlfriend, if she was it would be expected.
I don't know if any else here has ever been in a real relationship, but nothing so far, or even in the first image could be considered as cheating.

Reasons: They broke up. Pretty sure if some dude turned you into a cow after only knowing you for a month isn't a relationship you would care to hold on to.

Next thing: Forget about the kid with glasses, he's a minor character, recurring at best. Just a plot device to further the transformation theme. Probably just there for possible "shouta" action later on.

The plot device honestly did not seem well thought out if the kid with the glasses is "just" minor character, considering they went out of the way to even put them at the start and a flashback, like they tried to get the reader to care about them in some way.

If they really wanted to keep them minor it didn't need to awkwardly go into a flashback sequence to try to add more "drama".

Plus with them breaking up, it's how irrational and out of the blue it just happens. Something strange happens and you immediately cut off the only point of info or possible fix, that had some connection to it.

The pacing's all over the place.

I get the impression this is one of those "written by committee" stories that are all too often now coming out of Patreon where the artist lets what happens next be determined by the opinions and poll results rather than having sat down and plotted out a cohesive narrative to hit the story beats naturally. Because every time I've seen an "Ongoing" comic try to follow this method, it always comes out reading like trash, and sorry to say but this story is no different.

Problem was the story, at least to me and some others, baited us with good characters and a believable relation between the two main characters. What's up with western porn artists lately? This is the third comic I've seen from a western artist in the last couple of months that starts good, cute and even wholesome and then the artists decides "drama and bs=complex story and characters" and the whole thing goes downhill. Something that keeps bothering me, and has bothered me since she showed up at school, is the fact that no one seems to notice the freak show trotting around the school. Maybe it is established in one of the creator's earlier works, but the fact that we see no other transformed humanoids running around means that this is no so common that people wouldn't bat an eye. @ellano you miss the point completely. There is something called suspension of disbelief, which we were able to do. The issue is the part that isn't supernatural has been written in a way that makes no sense. If we ignored the supernatural/scifi/whatever element of the story, we get a drama that is completely disjointed with plot threads created only to be dropped or changed in a matter of pages. The reason why people are criticizing this story so harshly is the author took over a year to write backstory that is ultimately made irrelevant not by the meat of the plot but by OTHER backstory. We didn't even see her begin transformation until a year after the start, everything was poorly written drama. Now that the actual part of the story everyone is here to see is happening and the author seems to be ignoring their own poorly written plot, it's gotten better.

Basically the author has two options for their supernatural story: write a pure smut story getting right to the point or flesh out characters and plot. The author attempted to do the second, which is rare in most stories like these and was originally praised, but they took established characters with established traits and changed them very quickly. To give a mainstream example, it's why so many people hated the portrayal of Luke (among other things) in the new Star Wars trilogy, a scifi fantasy story with fantastic alien characters and people with essentially magical powers who can talk to ghosts. We suspend disbelief to realize the human aspect of the story was poorly done.

The issue is that she essentially dumped Alex for a bullshit reason, was shown in flashback that she was unfaithful, then went on a fuck spree that didn't turn any heads other than "Huh, that's a bit weird..."

So it's hard to tell if her going fuck crazy is more influenced by her natural personality or her changing biology affecting her mind.

Part of the problem is that we're past the point where she's acting like she has any resemblence to human thought processes whatsoever, and at that point the story goes from 'about something' to 'straight fetish'...

And the updates are too sparse, and the stuff too slow-paced, for "Straight Fetish" to stay entertaining. (And to some extent it was a bait-and-switch Fetish, as it advertises TF...but the TF is relatively minor compared to the NTR)

It's trying to do two things, but it's not doing either well. The last panel is a new low. (It's like a trans person referring to herself as a 'shemale' or deadnaming themselves on the 'bad writing' level)

The story's gotten even worse in terms of NTR since my last comment. Like MitchellTF's comment said, Cassie is acting like she's forgotten how to act human at all. At this point, she's a complete cum-slut.
Alex doesn't seem to exist in the story either. For the majority of the story, it's just been about Cassie whoring herself off to everyone at school. It feels like the writer decided "Okay you know what, I hate Alex now. Get rid of him and make Cassie a slut."
There was absolutely no regret seen from her about yelling at Alex after her partial transformation, and throughout the rest of the story she doesn't even spare him a single thought. In the beginning, it was implied that this story was about Cassie and Alex, and the two of them exploring her new transformations together. But that was a trap to lure you in. In reality, the story is about Cassie becoming a mindlessly horny and disgusting half-cow slut, fucking every guy — her age or older — that she can get her deformed hoof-hands on.
What's even more disgusting is how the story baits you into this story, never warning you of its netorare until it's too late. Back when the story first started changing for the worse, the netorare tag kept getting put on and off because we didn't have any clue on if it really was becoming that kind of story. Now it's permanently up there for all to see.

The art is great but the story is just... wow. Awful. I'm not a fan of NTR but sometimes I can still deal with it if it's done well. But this isn't even good NTR. I'm not even sure if it counts as NTR because the moment she drops Alex like a hot potato, the story itself does too. He's instantly relegated to a background character who no longer matters at all as Cassie goes off to have tons of sex with random people without feeling the slightest hint of regret. No dealing with his feelings of shame (which I think is a core component of NTR, right?) at all. Not to mention that the dance flashback doesn't really make sense at all. There's no fallout from it or anything really leading up to it. It's just there to justify why Cassie is acting like a massive slut? Except it kind of fails to do that too.

And there are tons of other things that don't make sense. She shows up to school with her udder in full view and blatantly cowlike features. Not a single person notices her changes (except for Alex, in his final appearance in this comic, where he is totally ignored).

Any of the individual things about this comic would be totally fine with me. Like I said, if it was always going to be NTR I'd be fine with that. If it was going to be lovey-dovey Alex/Cassie romance with transformation, that would have been fine too. Mindless sex without much of a plot at all? Sure! Why not? But they're all in the same story, with very little effort put into actually making them fit together. It's like the author just gave up on the original storyline and decided to just draw meaningless porn.

You know, if there was no guy who liked her at the beginning of the story whose only purpose is to get used/tossed, and she had done this to herself, there’d probably be no problem with this comic. No massive backlash against the artist. Yeah, tbh the artist completely butchered this comic midway through. Start over with the story about where she suddenly decided to fuck a bunch of random guys she finds and make it less weird by doing so, then I may give more stars. But as it is now it’s a total waste of time to keep hoping for more.

This is a teachable moment to other porn artists out there: no matter how good your style or attractive your characters, if you bait-and-switch with the premise like this people will hate it. I'm still sad at the wasted potential of this comic.
