There is Giantess content. I've played the game. Reika, the black/purple haired one is capable of changing her height. The MC even brings it up describing her transforming as 巨大化 して which means turning gigantic. When referring to her breast expanding he always uses 大きくなる. There's also the bath scene on p 365-376, they use magic to make themselves bigger as well as shrink him.
