@Naga Yeah, I think that's my problem with this series. It starts out with the trio and hints of romantic feelings but for chapters now it's just her being a bigger and bigger bitch to him almost to the point of literal rape. She seems completely irrational and disregarding how he's doing or feeling. There's no feeling of care or romance here, and even if it's against his will (which it is most of the time now) he can't fight back whatsoever. I assume what'll happen is the new succubus will try to "steal" him, and either Setsuko will realize she's being a megabitch and come to her senses or he'll opt to remain her playtoy. Dude's been near death a few times already though.

Tbh, I'm actually feeling disappointed with the last couple of chapters (3.5, 4 and 5). I enjoyed 1, 2 and 3 because I expected it to be one of those relationships forming from an "unfortunate" event of her turning into a succubus.... Then she become a completely self-centred, self-serving bitch making Yuuji suffer. She changed from this flustered tsundere into a cock whore.

I do agree the new art is great btw. Kakao delivers superb quality. I'm just not feeling it from this series anymore. 1-3 was very enjoyable to me. Everything after that however just feels too lacking in emotion; no sense of love that there once was that I believe we were all hoping would evolve. In my opinion, I think it devolved.

I'm hoping this is a setup for Setsuko to realise how terrible she's being to Yuuji, who I believe genuinely cared for her (other than his clear lust at the beginning), so she reels in her untempered sexual desires to start and maintain a proper relationship. Otherwise, like others have predicted, she's going to end up killing him out of short-sighted selfishness or he'll get stolen.

I hate cheating and all forms of it, but this is a situation where I'm actually wanting it because I feel so bad for Yuuji. The bitch doesn't care about him anymore. She's driving him away emotionally and it's high time she realised this or she'll end up doing something she regrets.

I think the biggest reason I don't like this so much as that the characters themselves mattered in the beginning. If Yuuji hadn't been there to help Setsuko, she would've ended up going for anyone with how she's acting now. Yuuji's character doesn't matter anymore. He's just got a dick for Setsuko to suck dry that she happens to like because it's the only one she's had. She doesn't realise how important he is and isn't treating him with that care and respect. Yuuji's view of her seems to have gone from: love interest > sex partner > tormentor.

Apologies for the long ass rant, but I needed that one off my chest. It pains me to watch a series evolve yet devolve. I have hopes for the next chapter (or two) but as it is now, this is how I feel.

Criticism aside! Fantastic work. I think had it not been part of the series, I would've liked it a lot and had no issues. Art was fantastic, the eroticism was top quality and I enjoyed a lot of other works by Kakao. Hoping for more great stuff!

@naitokarasu I dont nessesaraly mind her change in character she is slowly but surely being corrupted by the succubus power. I think there will be a breaking point where they successfully return her to being human

@neonredkill I wouldn't mind it and enjoyed it had it been a different story (3.5 onwards). The circumstances for this one just don't sit well with me enough to enjoy it as a hentai. Good story of corruption, but not something I'm gonna get off to. I do still want to follow it, tho for different reasons now.
