Edit 1: I attempted to fix the lighting, I hope its better now!

As for critiques, some of the scenes are bit too dark, and I could just make out some of the details due to them blending into the background. Some additional contrast could help.

But these complaints are relatively minor, and I enjoyed the comic overall. I will await eagerly for the third part.

I will admit that the comic needs a bit more control on lighting as greatlakes100 said, but do note that you did set the tone really well for the atmosphere in the story. I would suggest making the characters stand out a little more if you are going in with the dark environments. Other than that, it is excellent. Also remember to pace yourself on the story and put all of your hard work on a USB drive so you don't lose it.

I kinda struggled with the lighting for this one which i then tried to fix in the second half of the comic. I was going for a dungeon feel but I'll do some photoshop magic and see what i can do.

I missed the first release somehow so I'll comment on both works in this comment.

Firstly, it's really great to see that Shinra and G9 have inspired other artists. It's been many years since we've seen any new artists doing something similar to them, so this is very much appreciated and exciting to see. I love the work and it's incredible for a first-timer. I see that you're already noticing that your story is "not as fluid" as you said, but please know that that's totally okay! There's a learning curve to everything and we don't expect late Shinra-quality material from a first timer. What's more important is building support for artists like you to grow and develop so we'll get more Shinra/G9's in the future! Ultimately, as long as the story is enjoyable (wink wink), that's already an excellent starting point.

I do think this was a bit of a strange place to end the chapter. I think the chapter would've had a great cliffhanger ending at page 107. "There's a bigger evil than Orozauth? And it also corrupts people??" Not that I mind extra content though. +10 bonus point for BUNCH OF SEXY DEMONS (page 110)

As your story develops,it would be nice to see a little bit of push-back from the light side. Seeing the light side build confidence and win a little bit makes the dark side win feel more satisfying, gives the story some suspense and continuation, and gives some plot device for the dark side to "toy with their enemies". I think the best corruption isn't just about quickly converting people; it's a slow, deep, permanent process of psychologically changing a person (physical change is just a bonus, a visual manifestation of the psychological change). Think about the personality, background, and motives of each character, and how emotional/psychological manipulation through plot and a little magic can get them to change the way they understand their situation and themselves, for example a hero who realizes the fight is futile and prefers to at least survive and cut their losses. Magic is nice and convenient, but enhancing it with some way we can relate to the character allows us to imagine the feeling of being in that corruption process, and makes the feeling so much better and stronger.

I'm also not sure why having the same font as Shinra is a problem, I didn't even really notice it. But that's just me I guess.

Thanks for the feedback fooby! The comic was intended to end at page 107 but i wanted to tease Reza's corrupted form thus i pushed it abit more. As for the light fighting back theres an archangel teased at the end, Otillia also wouldn't just go down that easily. As for the font, its more of an identity thing, both G9 & Shinra have their own style of cover pages and I was trying to create a style for mine.

You know I've been thinking. I don't think speech bubbles work for 3D rendered comics all that well. On 2D comics they usually blend in with the lower detail high contrast art, but on a 3D comic they tend to look like a sale sticker slapped onto the front cover of a Stephen King novel.

From a storytelling standpoint, I just advise that you don't do what Cantraps does with everything he makes, and just have it be an endless stream of bad guys fighting bad guys until the cast is so bloated that story is impossible.

...Also I just want to see Ueri beat both the scythe demon and sword demon and take absolute power for herself. Screw being someone's pawn.

Hey @Verinis great new issue!! Demon woman with two dicks double penetrating a pale elf? I like it very much!! The one thing I am not crazy about is black sperm, looks inorganic. Other than that, I hope Magus Ueris continues conquering all the women she can with her dickS.

I converted the images to JPG and reduced the file size to less than 100MB, not bad.

I wish there was more to that "living" armor in the beginning. She should have put it on someone and have it corrupt her that way by raping her and growing on her to an entire outfit with 6" heels.

@AriesWarlock I can totally understand the whole black semen looking inorganic, that it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I personally love it. For me, the crux and niche of a work like this is the demonic corruption, and black liquids tend to look way creepier and adds to the feeling of mystique and darkness, and when you already accept the physical transformations of the humans to demons, accepting a different color semen doesn't seem like such a stretch of the imagination. I think it fits well here. It would absolutely be out of place in say like a realistic schoolgirl doujin. :)
