From the very quick reading that I did, what I understood was that Takeru (the guy on the right on the 3rd page) is asking the protagonist (as they have been friends since childhood) to watch over his wife, Maya, while he has to work away for some time.

She reads takeru's notes (dairy, perhaps?) and learns about this way of life. After visiting the protagonist's house and giving him some tea, he falls asleep (likely drugged). She explains what's happening and how she was introduced to bondage (mainly pegging) by takeru (and his notes that she read at some point). Then the story continues as you see in the images.
