I don't know if this side story counts as including guro. There's blood, but none of the cg's really show anything that makes both genders to achieve guro tag. I'd replace them both with blood instead.

Apparently the heroine has some strange disease and the MC caught it too because he (suicidally) wants to be with her.

At least that was what I could glean from 3rd party reviews. Don't seem they specify the disease (like most other anime/game/manga-land ones), but from the description it sounds like some kind of super necrotizing fasciitis. Crossed with the bubonic plague.

这个是《蜥蜴の尻尾切り》的FD性质的作品，是if线，如果男主的青梅竹马没自杀成，最终两人会如何，这样的故事。

青梅竹马得了类似艾滋的疾病，所以后面的CG是那样的。。。。

虽然依然是悲伤的故事，不过和正传不同，纯爱系，没有变态重口戏。

最后的CG是男主和青梅两人病死的结局CG。

当然，客观讲是好作品，只是不和小夜胃口，于是仅仅看看CG。

此楼为了不明真相的中文看客存在。
