I gotta admit, I do feel for MC a bit:

1)Near the beginning of vol 1 we see that the girl is, as @Narzia intricately put it, beginning her sexual awakening. Since MC is reserved, this already puts him behind the 8-ball. Not gonna call her a slut(though understandable if others do) since she's not actively searching for sex.

2)Crush ends up losing her virginity to the shaved head because he was more assertive. Again, MCs fault, but you can tell there's a look of regret in his expression.

3)Shaved head continues to gain sexual experience while MC has to attend cram school. Though he loses control here and there(and rightfully so), I'm impressed at his diligence to continue focusing on classes and not skipping, even while seeing Iida constantly having sex with shaved head. Was kinda embarrassed for him when his lust took over and he tried to have sex with Iida for the first time w/o foreplay and failed a bit. Fortunately, shaved head helped him out a little there. While he DOES get to have sex regularly with them after that, shaved head just seems better for the girls sex-wise, since he has much more time with them while gaining experience, making the MC feel more like a 4th wheel.

4)MC gets beaten up trying to protect the girls. Now if he was the usual 100% beta MC, he would have just stood there like a b**ch, like shaved head did. But we definitely see that he loves Iida enough not to let her just get raped in front of him so he tries to fight them again after getting his a** beat to stop them. 5)Now this new NTR guy; he doesn't appear and "hurrdurr muh d''k will turn you into a slut". Clearly an experienced guy, enough that he can(perhaps cliche'ly) pick up on the feelings of the girls, enough to tell how far he can go. Since Iida's more reserved, and Niiyama not-so-much, he doesn't get too touchy with Iida from the get-go and waits until they're in an enclosed area(though one would think it wouldn't matter). Its kinda sad we don't get much of a sex scene at the end(WAY TOO SHORT!) but I suppose its enough to know that he can confidently make these girls reach a new level in their sexual awakening.

Yeah yeah, way too much thought on a h-manga, but its fun to think about after fapping enough(if it has substance).
