Skyrim mods I noticed in these images.
The tattoos are from slavetats.
The body... there are many that could produce these results, like CBBE 3BA, CHSBHC etc. with actual model changes done in Bodyslide.
Some of the armor is from H2135's Fantasy Series8, the skimpy version of Tera Armors collection (good luck finding it) and for the life of me I can't remember the name of the heart patch mod.
There seems to be a fair amount of stuff from Zaz animation pack which contains thinks like restraints and chain link outfits etc. but they don't have crafting recipes you will either need to get them via console or a mod that can spawn items in like AddItemMenu.

Of course Poser for getting the model poses although he might be using something like Collygon's Poser to get more dynamic poses (and obviously FNIS would be a requirement for both).

As for ENB... there are so many, and I am not an expert so...

Skyrim modding is a PITA (always has been) but they keep releasing patches which break old mods that are never going to be updated, so trying to navigate a path for a working mod set can be tedious and extremely time consuming. I strongly suggest using Mod Organizer 2 and take a bit of time to watch a video or two on how to use it properly. Vortex would also work, and is more "user friendly" but has it's limitations/irritations.
