My friend these '' worthless thumbnails'' are directly picked from userdata/chara/female. So u can use them in the game.

Not a good place for this. Want to share your characters with people, sure, but do so on sites meant for that. Here, people mainly come for galleries and as a gallery, yours doesn't do well. The fact that you follow that immediately with Patreon link doesn't help, at all.

@crazybongo , I can't seem to find the link for it, but there is a futa mod that lets you use female cards as the male, and there's a mod who has a dick as one of the accessories for women (might be drfeelgood's?). I used to have both, but I can't find them to upload them for you, so I must have deleted them at some point. I'm sure they exist somewhere though. There's an illusionsoft discord (with mods channel) you might have luck asking on https://discordapp.com/invite/F3bDEFE

One of the many settings it has is to swap the male character with a female one, it's done during the game when you can select which sex actions you want, "s" to enable the shortcuts, then press "n" to bring up a list of options. When I tried it my character just lost his head, but I've heavily modded the game so think its got compatibility issues with something else, might work better for you.
Some other things it can do:
POV (male or female)
Change animations
Force cum/piss
Change expressions
Randomise speed and animations
etc.
