If anything, the art was amazingly faithful in this movie. Hopefully we might get a story as faithful someday.

The movie honestly isn't that bad. I've shown it to quite a few friends and family and they've all liked it. The problem is for GitS fans. Everything the movie does the anime and series did better. Although they really nailed it with having Scarlett Johansen play the Major.

Look up LEE EVAN on youtube (he's almost black listed due to his mature content), his video named CYBER DOLL LILY made me drop my jaw, the guy is a genius combining 3D with 2D to make his art amazingly realistic AND easier to do (ironically) from all angles..
Too bad he only seems to speak Korean in his videos/tutorials..

I thought maybe if someone is interested in Mech (coming here and all) he/she most likely may not even hear of Lee Evan or his amazing content, due to YT fucked up shadow banning of adult channels.. and it's really similar to this artbook.. too amazing for words!
