No, I dont think so. In the raw manga, she just said 既に私にはもったいないくらい. She didnt mention she's married or not. I think that additional part was just added by the translator.

@Obviously she had no other choices. If she did not, then there were no ways rescuing the prince quickly since only goblins knew the path in the underground ruin.

So far this is only rape, not ntr and definitely not cheating. She wasn't stolen in any way from the prince and she didn't get mindbroken. As for the translation, regarding the title, there is an error. The definition of "共寝" in Japanese means "sleeping together". I dont know why he translated it "Intemperance". As for the character, according to the raw manga, he surely is a prince.
