There are many things wrong with this release. Where to start? First of all, it appears to be a translation of a translation (JP>CN>EN). One consequence of that is that, not only are most of the sound effects untranslated, they're also unreadable by JPL beginners who would be able to read them in hiragana and katakana, but cannot read the chinese sfx. The other consequence is a translation which is not as accurate as it otherwise could be with a direct JP>EN translation. Next, not only is the font just a poor choice, it also looks like it's been scaled in such a way as to appear horribly pixelated. Also, words and phrases are often poorly centered and frequently stray outside of the text bubbles. Finally, as has already been pointed out, there are two panels in the upper-left of page 11 which have not even been translated!

It's disappointing how low the standards have become on this site. This is rated around 4.5 but 10 or 12 years ago it might have been rated a 2, at best. Objectively-speaking, this is not done well, but it seems most users no longer have any sense of quality and can't be bothered to care.
