I've got a TL waiting over on /u/, but here's the gist (SPOILER BELOW...)

The dead woman is the original Kako, who is the mother of Hina and the ex-lover of Mami, having dumped her for dumb Class S reasons. The pretense is that Hina is pretending to be Kako for Mami while Mami pretends to be Hina's mother, helping to console each other through their twisted needs. But in actuality, these are just backstories they made up for themselves as they are actually just into older/younger girls respectively and can't simply confess that they just like one another cos they each believe the other's story to be true.

@Threedice nice job on the TL, hopefully sometime comes along and typesets it. I accidentally sniped a Shichoson work /yuri/ was already halfway through a year or so ago and was about to pick this one up since it seemed short and easy, I'll hold off for now then. Hopefully Shichoson is like enough now that there's momentum for other people to scanlate their stuff. Maybe one day even some of the backlog...
