Because as you can clearly see from his pixiv he has purged most of the works he posted there. I think he's just going to be using pixiv to post loli works from now on while his normal works continue to be posted to twitter.

UPD(26.03.2020) - He made new PixivFanbox account, but he posts pixelated pics here, i hope he will find some way to deliver uncensored stuff.
