These bad people are overstepping the red lines of others, whether these are common sense, announced, defended or not and offer nothing that holds to any standard of civilization, yet they're dragged along with in any civilization just because they're part of the human race. With only them life is just a struggle where you can find no allies. If there's an area with such people: leave, if you can. You'll waste years and potentially ruin your life if you stay near minds that don't teamplay. Same goes for family, unfortunately. People hardly ever change and if it's usually due to some *me* trauma or experience, nothing external, other person related.

The bottom line is that reasoning, wisdom, experience, skill all don't matter if the leading side isn't a teamplayer willing to listen and improve, which is most often the case, but only more and better violence does to force the unwilling side to do it your way. Each revolution of the past is exactly all of this. Civilization is downright naive to assume that the character of the people doesn't matter, as humans are masters at exploiting anything and finding loopholes. Yet there are never limits defined, backup systems in place or fallback milestones created. It's always a gamble for either stand or fall.
