Out of all the Avatar "successors", this one has come the closest to recapturing the quality of that show. The kiddy humor does get a little tiresome sometimes though, but that's just me being old.

They had originally planned for 6 seasons, but sadly its no longer sure if Netflix is gonna follow through so they rushed a bit in the last one to wrap up a lot of the story threads in case they get cancelled.

Ok. I wasn't completely sure if the "turn into the moon" reference was an Avatar reference. But, judging from other comments, it appears so.
@saddasads, from what I understand, the choppy framerate was supposed to be a stylistic choice. However, it was apparently too choppy as people were saying that the ASL parts were a bit hard to decipher since some of the words require precise hand movements. And some of those hand movements required more frames of animation to fully clarify...or so I read. Also yeah, the woke parts were a bit cringy and felt a bit forced for the sake of "representation", but they were from minor parts and minor characters that didn't take up more than a few minutes of the overall show, so I was able to get past the forced parts. As for the animation, it may be because my eyes had gotten used to the quality of animation, but by the second season, the animation seems a lot smoother. I would say keep watching and power through the cringier parts. It's a great show.
