Hey it’s my third comic and Sorje and I decided at the beginning of this comic to do a different style since there were complaints about the previous style. the hatching and line weight in the first half or so looks much better than the cel shading of the latter half in my opinion.

Tbh, it ain't bad. You improved, and departing from an already travelled path to try things can't be bad.
Yeah, your style looked like Mancin's. It doesn't mean you're a bad artist for that, having a style similar to someone else isn't problematic per se. It's just that you're better off trying a lot of different things before setting yourself on something (and even then, I'd advise to keep excercising in different styles, for the sake of it).

Now for a few things :

- Try to be consistent in the sharpness of what you draw. For example, page 6, the close up doesn't have the same sharpness as the large frames. Don't do close ups by zooming on on things (if that's what you did, looks like it), draw each frame at the same scale.

-Your fluid dynamics still need a bit of work but, it's not bad. Observation is the way to go. If you don't want to spend your days fapping to see how cum flows, use J-lube. Dirt cheap and has the same consistency.

-I really don't like the fonts you're using for the SFX. I'd advise doing it by hand, or if you really can't, use more rounded and dynamic fonts. And outline them with a white border when they're clipping on the drawings.

Otherwise, pretty nice, keep on.

Well, even when you want the same scene in your comment, don't trace it.
At the bare minimum, try to recreate it on your own, and if you want to go further than the bare minimum, try to change things, take a different point of view, see if you can't improve things over the original, etc...

There is a reason everybody shits on tracing. Not only is it of rather bad taste to pass someone's work as your own (argue what you want, that is what tracing effectively does), but it also does you a great disservice, by depriving you of a source of practice.

Referencing someone else's posing/anatomy because they are better at it than you currently are is valid, and referencing is part of the learning process, but tracing is never valid in any circumstance.

Melkor Mancin also does "tracing". In "Breaking in Tim", the cover art is a carbon copy of the cover art of the second volume/chapter of Secret Plot. I noticed it because it's one of my favourite hentai manga.
