Azumanga Daioh is a series that started way back in 1999, and received a TV anime adaptation in 2002. Needless to say, this doujin is old as well, but somehow became one of my favorites.
The quality of the raws and the old translation were pretty bad, so I decided to try all I can in giving it a makeover.

Thanks for the effort, but make sure you start with the correct raw, especially so if you want to provide an improved version. All the images in your gallery are 1280x and the original resolution is ~1400x.
The gallery images are only intended for viewing; apart from the smaller size, they've been saved at 80% quality . For any edits you should use the originals, otherwise you're starting right off the bat with a substantial loss of quality and a good number of introduced JPEG artefacts.

Ways to download the originals:
- link at the bottom of the image that reads "Download the original $width x $height image".
- torrents (but for something this old they're likely not seeded any more)
- Archive Download link on the right of the main gallery page (costs a few GP, though)
