No shit, Sherlock, who has missed the obvious clue as the damn title literally says "Isekai" and just because the NTR guy is from another world doesn't mean he should look like he is from another setting as in all isekasis the characters adopt to the world they are in with their appearence. The supposedly isekai setting here is pretty much a lazy marketing gimmick in order to sell the book.
