It's harder to get an ending that isn't the Happy End than it is, since you can't avoid seeing the apothecary girl and would need to visit both dead ends to be at 3.
Unless you end up interpreting the boy's room dragon encounter on page 8 as needing exactly 2 points since it is worded differently than the other three similar checks.

It makes me wish there was an extra wet end for if you make her piss in front of everyone and awaken her omorashi fetish, or just in general if she pisses herself after having helped the apothecary girl.
It probably wouldn't have been too hard to fill just 4 extra pages if they needed it to be a multiple of 4 for printing, but I get why they'd want to keep things simple with just one wet end since there's already 7 endings.
