Even if it's true that you're the commissioner, galleries uploaded by the translator take priority. Either ask him to remove his galleries (preferable because it's more convenient to have all chapters in one gallery) or this one has to go. I cannot ask him because I didn't pay him to work for me, but since you did commission the translations I'm sure he'll accede to your request.

BTW I'd rush if I were you, because as soon as someone files an expunge petition on this gallery (or tags it "already uploaded") it will be expunged, since as it is now this gallery is against the rules until TSHH removes the single-chapters ones.

It's fine to compile a complete story in a single gallery as it makes it superior to single chapter galleries.

Translator has priority over commissioner, except if he openly revokes his priority as it's the case here.
That also means don't expunge chapter 1 gallery unless iambobokay says a word in that direction here.

I'm just explaining how priorities are set and how you should interpret them.
