This has been on Mangadex for months, and comparing the translations this gallery seems like it's just a rip. I feel like usually the translators upload their own stuff to E(x)H so I hope you're the same guy if you're not gonna credit.

You probably wont be reading any non mainstream manga like this without translator and scanners providing them. It is fine to rip from other source since most are non-profit anyways. I also actually posted a comment, saying that this is the fumikiri translation, but the comment somehow didn't appear when I pressed "publish".
