Someone needs to tell this person that you don't need frame-by-frame to inform the viewer that something is changing over time. In fact, incremental changes make it HARDER to tell.

^ In that case, it doesn't need the animation frames because they obscure the presence of the gifs. Either way, it's a detriment to the work.
