Except for the sadism the first story is good right up until page#48 where it somehow goes off rails with completely different content than the cover shows and generally nothing I value: gaping asshole and all the rest. I'm pretty sure the first story could be worlds better if it was without sadism and would focus more on cuteness, sexyness and her getting into being a pet for the sex play, being cute, submissive but also looking forward to play her role and receive her reward with both exploring things and ways to play with.
