Red 225 is correct it's based off of the original version where Shaltear kept sex slaves,

Ains was actually never mentioned in the original draft but due to the way the artist interpreted the story, I added Ains as a way to show how this was a dream sequence and that Shalltear, who loves Ains sees all things as "his property" even her own belongings and she was intending to turn Serena into a body pillow for him.

Serena is basically having a prolonged dream sequence as Shalter attacks her, which could have been drawn better I'll admit^^
But I mean it does have or did have the mind ***** label so...

The story flow was incredibly confusing and the wording used made it even more so. Blending in and out of dream sequences is difficult but even so this did a poor job of keeping the reader from being as confused as the one being brainwashed. Reading GottaLedThemAll's (Who I am assuming is the artist? Writer? Someone involved in the projekt?) comment helps me understand a lot more though. Perhaps a short forward explaining the plot (There isn't that much plot to ruin) would be the best coarse of action. The kink aspect was rather nice though.
