For crying out loud… She got his hair dyed. Many young men in Japan get their hair dyed, just like the young women, because it's an easy way to stand out in a country where almost everyone has naturally black hair. It's part of the "ikemen" (cool guy) style. The whole point of the story is that the "boy swaps with girl, boy-as-girl gets makeover and becomes slut" trope can be flipped. I just said this four comments back, and Ahmenhotep said it even earlier.

You're not making any sense. There is no "Girl B" and the "Black hair" person from the first page and the "Blonde hair" person on the last page is the same person.
There is only 2 person swapped, and they are both shown on page 1. You already saw the guy, but the girl is on the bottom left panel on the first page.
And on the last page, the guy said "This guy is me" as in the body he swapped to is actually his original body.

tbh, anyone would go yandere if they swapped bodies with someone else and that someone was trying to prostitute their body. Otaku boy probably dun goofed when he posted his offer to social media and she recognized him, giving her enough time to do the makeover.
