I'd say no. She's able to set aside her usual insecurities to dance for her patrons, so she can fight them. In this case, her switch has been flipped in a way that the usual insecurities are having a hard time swimming up hill against all the hormones and randiness. Change? Yeah, I'd say she did. For the better. It's more accurate to say that Kadath is giving her some character growth, which is one of the things he's so good at. Change isn't always a bad thing.
