Why did i not say "she is his real mother"? because there is no color page of the mother and the mc, so we cannot compare their color setup (eyes, hair) to be sure they are similar enough to be consider real mother/son by visual. So the setting is a fucking rich family. The dad is loaded, nothing weird if his wife is some Australian model.

After that every page mention the mother, or the son talking to her, she is refereed as "お母さん" or "母親" the official way calling someone birth mother. He never refereed her as his dad wife, his dad 2nd, 3th... wife. He always refereed/called her "お母さん" or "母親" even when he fucked her brains out from both her pussy and ass.
And she also referred him as her 息子 son when get fucked her brain out by him, never refereed him as step-son.

He never referred her as 継母 or 義母, the way to calls step-mother.
