You know, if you're going to take the time and effort to translate something, you really should remove the original text in the speech bubbles and use it for your translated text instead of pasting your translation below.

Better yet, you could just use a non-text version of the images (if it exists) and place your translation there instead.

Unfortunately nothing, because he isn't actually breaking any uploading rules.

However, you can prevent his galleries -- and those of other uploaders you don't like -- from appearing on your gallery list and searches by placing them in the Excluded Uploaders list in the My Settings page:
