This is my first time trying to translate (Google Translate) and edit a comic that I wanted to read in English. Although English is not my native language, and did my best to make this chapter understandable. Maybe it motivates someone to do a better job at translating this hidden gem. I hope that my work helped. Sorry for the grammer.

I sympathize with your motivation but more often than not it has the opposite effect of it not getting a proper translation since "it's done already". See all the CGrascal, Laruffi/Goatse releases. This isn't even limited to translations but to scans as well now.
It would be more effective to put up a bounty or comissioning from a competent scanlator.
Granted, if this artist is not well know in the english community then you might have increased the chances of more of their works being translated in the future.

Honestly, we needed the machine translation tag to be a thing for a while, since there's been an influx of more people doing machine translations for the past 2 years from what I've seen.
And much of what B1u3z said is true for the most part, so just have that in mind before jumping in.

I'm also just pointing this out. For the poor grammar tag to apply, it is required to have "at least 10 grammatical or spelling errors per 40 pages" as stated in the tag definition or else it's "invalid".
Note that punctuation is not included under grammar nor spelling, so these don't count.

List of 10 mistakes to justify the poor grammar tag:
P.1: "It's kind lonely"
P.5: "It's kind hard to watch"
P.6: "from a long time"
P.6: "But I trying do something bold"
P.7: "Miho-san chest is"
P.7: "Does that mean you've never seen?"
P.7: "Does that mean... virgin?"
P.8: "There's something about you... that i liked it..."
P.12: "Are you...? Really interested in me"
P.12: "WOW This is not what are you"

There are far more problems with this than grammatical mistakes though. These problems relate to misuse/lack of punctuation, capitalization errors, and unnatural/vague dialogue.
Many of these problems can be found even in the first 12 pages i went through.

On another note...
Your work isn't all bad; the typesetting is decent and you used the raw scan. These things are to be expected though.
Surprisingly you understand how ellipses work such as "...?", but these don't always work. For example P.8: "Mi..." should be "Mi-" to indicate stuttering, thus replacing the ellipsis with a hyphen.
You're still not at the level where you can make a competent machine-translation, so i'd just recommend stopping.
You have a good enough grasp on English, so just hone it by reading more books if you want to continue. Otherwise, just save yourself the time and effort.
