This is the tentacle rape scene from chapters 28-29 from the Shishunki na Adam manga involving Ibekusa Machina. As of now these chapters remain un-translated in English and it seems translation has stopped at Ch.26. However, this scene in the Light Novel is translated in English, so if you'd like to know what's going on here it is (https://erolns.blogspot.com/2016/05/adolescent-adam-4-chapter-6-fall-of.html). The scene starts at “That’s twenty-six minutes.” so you can Crt+F in your browser and enter that text in quotes to get to this part in the manga. I hope to see this part in this manga get translated to English eventually ;)
