I love art books that explore the human body's musculature and shape in different poses. Neat as shit.

This book is very good and detailed. But the aproach in wich it presents the human anatomy would come more handy to people that already had a hand on drawing it, since it doesn't teach you any specific ways of working it simplification.

Nontheless, a very good book.
