Like @IonicTHI said, you should level your pages, especially if you're saving to a reduced-palette PNG. In this release you've used 16 shades of grey, but 4 went to encode the grain of the paper on which it was printed and 2 the noise in the black areas, leaving with just 10 for the actual content. Moreover reducing the palette is a lossy operation that can no longer be fixed thereafter.
Other advice I'd feel confident giving would be to enable antialising for your text, the characters look quite jaggy. Probably that requires switching editing program, Photoshop is the gold standard but Gimp is free and can be made to do pretty much the same things as PS.
Also, "sumata" would be "intercrural sex" LOL. Don't know if there's some English slang term for it, on the whole leaving it alone like "bukkake" is the right choice IMO
