@normspock Revy accidentally wrecked the Lagoon, so they're trying to get money from Balalaika, who makes Revy mule (smuggle) drugs by swallowing/inserting condoms full of them in exchange. Rock gets turned on, fucks Revy, the cop notices what's going on and breaks the condoms inside Revy, who has to work off the cost of the shipment (given it's now all inside her) as a whore.

That's what I get from the images anyway.
