The title is a portmanteau "Oppai" and "Parsee".

Translator's Notes:

Pg 09: For those not familiar with the Touhou games, danmaku (弾幕) are bullets and projectiles used by the characters in most of the games, since they're shoot-em-ups/bullet hell games.

Pg 22: The "Tomotsuka" mentioned in the afterword might be the doujinshi artist Tomotsuka Haruomi.

While I had to adjust some of the dialogue, I've kept Parsee's use of the phrase "I'm so jealous" intact. Even in the places I felt made little sense.
