So I was looking at this to compare to the spanish "translation" which I'm pretty sure it's a rewrite, but for double checking I went back to the original japanese and this one might have a few translation issues itself, so I'll track it here to see if it meets rough translation requirements:

1. Page 1 Panel 1 本当に僕会社に行っていいのかい…今日が予定日なんだろ？
This translation: "I truly need to go to the company ... is today the scheduled day?"
Basic Translation: "Is it really ok for me to go to the company/work... today is the scheduled day, right?"
The husband is asking because he knows it's the due day, and he doesn't imply any special need to go.

obs: in the next bubble the japanese text seems to have a typo, 陣通 instead of 陣痛, as both 通 and 痛 are read as "tsuu"

2. Page 2 Panel 7 何か今ひとつ満たされぬものを感じていました
This translation: "now that one thing will be satisfying to feel!"
Basic translation: "somehow I wasn't feeling completely satisfied"
This one took a bit more japanese knowledge so I had to consult some dictionaries and learning materials.
今ひとつ would imply the meaning of "(not) entirely", 満たされぬ is the traditional form of 満たされない, so "not satisfied/full". Putting it all together the sentence would be "somehow I wasn't feeling completely satisfied"

3. Page 3 Panel 1 そうほんの数ヶ月前までは…
This translation: "it is still a few months until such"
Basic translation: "until several months ago"

4. Page 3 Panel 6 そりゃー好都合だ孕む心配が無いからなそうだろ奥さん
This translation: "Since you are pregnant there is nothing to worry about"
Basic translation: "(you) don't have to worry about getting pregnant"

5. Page 3 Panel 7 旦那が出張で欲求不満なんだろ？でなきゃテレクラなんてかけたりしねーからな…
This translation:"Is your husband away at a frustrating business trip? Consider applying for a telephone dating club..."
Basic translation:"You're frustrated because your husband is away at a business trip right? Or else you wouldn't call a phone sex line"

6. Page 3 Panel 9 イイじゃんイイじゃん？俺達が最高の気晴らしをさせてやるぞ なあ？
This translation: "No good, no good! We can do the best diversion of all, right?"
Basic translation: "That's fine, it's fine! We can give you the best diversion or all, right?"
イイじゃん would be "That's fine!" instead of "No good!".
The whole line is implying "There's no problem with having a diversion! Here, we'll give you an even better 'diversion'!", throwing the "diversion" part back at her.
The difference in overall meaning is small, so idk if it counts for the rough tl comment.

7. Page 4 Panel 3 ほら…もっとしっかりしごいてくれよ 奥さん
This translation: "less hesitation"
Basic translation: "Stroke more tightly"/"Stroke harder"/"Stroke properly".

8. Page 5 Panel 2 へへ…そりゃ奥さんのテク次第だぞ
This translation: "this is technically what comes next"
Basic translation: "that will depend on your technique"

9. Page 6 Panel 3 ふふふ…やっぱり妊婦は乳の張りが違うねー
This translation:"I thought pregnant women's breasts were huge, but I was wrong"
Basic translation:"a pregnant woman's breasts springiness/firmness really is different"

10. Page 6 Panel 5 ダメえ…今凄く敏感なの ゆ 許してぇ
This translation:"They are too sensitive to let you suck them!"
Basic translation:"(They are) really sensitive right now! Leave them alone!"
This one could either be referring to her nipples, or to herself, as in "I'm really sensitive right now!"
There's also a part of the sentence that seems like it was ignored, "ゆ 許してぇ" which one might translate to "forgive me", but it might also be "release (as in unhand) me", or, if you think the whole thing is referring to the nipples, to exempt or let off the nipples.

11. Page 7 Panel 2,3 い いや それだけは… 夫以外の人となんて…主人に顔向け出来なくなりますっ
This translation:"No, because... I haven't had my child yet"
Basic translation:"No, that's the only thing... to (accept/have sex with) someone other than my husband"
The child part isn't present in the original

12. Page 7 Panel 4 ほうら コッチは欲しがってるみたいだぜ？
This translation: "It looks like you want it"
Basic translation: "It looks like this place (your pussy) wants it"
Very minor so idk don't count it

13. Page 7 Panel 6 ああっ…だだめ…抵抗出来ない…
This translation: "If he doesn't stop... must resist getting aroused"
Basic translation: "It's no good... I can't resist it"

14. Page 7 Panel 12 入れて…奥までブチ込んでぇ‼
This translation: "Enter... my interior is only slightly crowded"
Basic translation: "Enter... fuck me deep!"
alternatives: "smash me hard", "hammer my insides", "(word that means fuck) (word that means deep)"

There are probably more later on and a few more nits I skipped but this should be enough for the tag
