Very vanilla and fluffy. The artist, sin, did a great job with Minato and Kushina's personalities. I feel like this would've really happened in the Naruto anime/manga during an intimate moment between them.

It makes me feel that a Naruto prequel featuring the parents of the main Naruto cast would've been preferable to the Boruto sequel series. Technically both series would be unnecessary but I believe a prequel would've been more well-received.
