Everything was pretty fine till page 107, but then shit hit the fan.
First of all, i dunno about the need of drawing the son with a boner. In all the series there wasnt a single glimpse of the son going that way, to me it looks like a try-hard attemp of the author to pitch in for the netorare-loving audience. Also, him getting away with just a beating and her mother getting away scot-free and then living a happy life after how they fucked up the MC's life feels really BAD.

If the author was gonna come with such a shitty punishment as a beating, i would have prefered if he didnt draw it and just went along with the cliche netorare ending.

Considering how the story had progressed, the ending with Naomi giving birth to her and Akira's child is the logical conclusion even though it leaves many of us readers with bitter/mixed feelings.

I applaud Kenichi in being a man and beating the shit out of Akira for turning his mother into a depraved woman. Ultimately allowing Akira to live and continue seeing Naomi under the rule of never breaking her heart, it shows just how much it eats away inside of him to allow it but his maturity and his ultimate desire for his mother to be happy is something to be noted. This was also what was needed for Kenichi to be written out of the story and to cut ties with his mother.

Still, Akira and Naomi got off pretty unscathed. Akira got the shit kicked out of him but he totally deserves more, while Naomi is at fault for destroying her relationship with her son. She cries about lying and hurting her son but let's face it, she cut ties with him the moment she got with Akira. That's the worst thing she did, she no longer truly cared about Kenichi. The only thing they can do is be happy with each other and their sex.

The only justice we have of seeing Kenichi have a 'win' is for Naomi and Akira to truly feel miserable and have it hit home that they both lost a son and friend. Like others have already commented, the poetic justice would be for Kenichi to be seen again happy and healthy with a family and loyal friends, with Naomi and Akira not being allowed to be 'forgiven'.

Well, that was a disappointing epilogue. I was expecting to see how Kenichi was coping after the events of the main story or at least some mention of him in the epilogue but nope, all we get is an extended pregnant sex scene that doesn't contribute anything to the story. The author could have at least added some NTR talk about how Naomi completely forgot Kenichi as her son and this is her only child from now on and a scene showing how she threw out all of the pictures of Kenichi in the house and replaced them with the pictures of Akira and herself in order to add salt to the wound . At least Kenichi will have a separate story according to the author so that is something I guess.
