Despite the tag being present and the girl looking exactly like Tohsaka Rin, I believe it's actually supposed to be an original character that just happens to be "heavily inspired" by the appearance of Tohsaka Rin.

This is evidenced by the few colored images that the artist has previously drawn - he depicts "Rin" with brown eyes and medium-brightness brown hair, and various other characters that are doppelgangers of existing characters are similarly depicted with various different colors.

根据原作花将军，这七凤属于杀了花将军老婆的一群洞庭湖水匪，前面杀的那几个只是从犯第三话那个最小的妹妹还劝姐姐别杀男主老婆，就给个痛快。后面这几个是直接动手的主犯。惨很正常。
至于第十话那个，是帮男主抓到这七个人的江湖侠客茶花娘子何三春，和整个神机营关系都很好。但是吧，反清复明。男主劝了好多次劝不动，只能打了一架把她武功废了指望她别闹了。她还是在花将军上京述职的时候跑去刺杀巡抚就被抓了。
后面就是巡抚啊什么的都来劝别折腾了，大明早没了，归顺大清加官进爵过好日子。何三春死活不干，按律要判剮的，巡抚没办法就给判了个穿刺，神机营那帮人做个弊拽一手扎穿了速死完事儿。
收押中她道上朋友来劫狱，神机营表示睁一只眼闭一只眼，她也因为会让男主花敏难做而不愿意走。（这段漫画好像没有）
男主给皇上求情总算答应降也不用做官，重赏回乡。不降准服毒体面死。等男主赶回来由于被刺穿了差一点儿没赶上。
