@Juggernaut Santa: yeah, the translator told me that the title was hard to translate because it contained some sort of double entendre. Basically, from what Esoteric_Autist told me:
Shounen = young male
Shoujo = young girl
Seishun = youth
But Sei and Shun by themselves = Sex and Season
And Shou and Nen by themselves = Whore and Year

So...hard to translate, because there is a classic mismatch between the meaning of the characters used, and the pronunciation! If you pass it through deepl or another automatic translation service, you get something along the lines of "The Sexual Prostitution of a Prostitute Girl" or "Prostitution Girl's Sex Spring". We brainstormed a little on a way to preserve the original joke, but we could not find a good way to do that :-/
