No sure what's going on here, but from what I can tell p1-16 aren't part of the same story. p17 onwards is a new story with new characters. Those first 16 pages just seem to be the same pages from the first series redrawn as an experiment, and since all the pages in this gallery are drawn in the same rough style they all ended up under the same "View all Series" section?
Well if you look at the pages from the original series and look at those first 16 here, you can tell the panels are arranged differently. More from top to bottom, than right to left. The probably shouldn't be included here.

Okay, as far as I understand this is how the story goes; the MC is married and his wife is pregnant, one day he and his friends meet at a party in the NTR guy's house, who is a well known playboy. While they are going through the NTR guy's archive of sex tapes the MC sees his wife's younger self having sex with the NTR guy and the NTR guy confirms that they used to date. The MC takes the DVDs with him and while watching them he discovers that the NTR guy took the virginity of his wife and came inside her by jokingly forcing her into having sex with him. As the MC keeps watching the DVDs he shockingly sees his wife likes more and more having sex with the NTR guy and he even tricks her into having sex with other guys as well. After that it doesn't take a genius to guess the MC will discover his wife is pregnant with the NTR guy's child and they still keep having sex behind his back because his small dick can't satisfy her and vice versa.

133 he confronts his wife about her ex and ask for divorce
134 calls her bullshit
135-136 time after divorce husband's pov
137 is the present: wife's pov, divorced and mother of two.
138 is when the flashback starts with her fucking her love affair as usual while their first child is sleeping. He's not going to take responsibility for their second child either.
139 Chima tells husband she's pregnant with her second child, he's happy and she's not.
At this point is obvious she's unhappy not because she lies to her husband but because her lover is not taking her seriously and dumps all the responsibility on her, of course she allows it and isn't doing anything about it either.

完结撒花。其实故事也是可以接受的，毕竟最后女主悔过了（独自抚养2个孩子＋出席审判进一步被冲击）。黄毛也算得到了现实中能得到的惩罚。不能接受的就是2个孩子都不是苦主的吧，其实剧情如果设置成女主高中时代和男朋友玩的比较high，结婚前后还玩过几次就不错了，结果设置成后面玩得乐在其中，不是黄毛被抓进去都不会彻底悔过，实在是有点为了戏剧性而戏剧性。不过漫画嘛，太真实也没意思了 。
