However I still say that she is pretty OOC anyway... Toga enjoys blood, but aside from that she isn't a sadistic person nor is she a person that have toys that she play with. Her love for people and things seem to be rooted in her wanting love and wanting to be close to people but that in the end her desire for blood not only alienate people, it also hurt them or even kill them in the end. She is not a person that would destroy whats he loves, but one that everything she love is destroyed in the end. When Twice dies this is is made even more clear as she complains about how everything she loves always is taken from her. In this case her surrogate "brother" Twice.
