Basically the girl is starved for genuine affection and is willing to accept it from anywhere in any form even from those she'd normally find disgusting. She finds the shy guy kinda creepy and annoying and a part of that is that while she can see he has some sort of attraction to her he isn't open about it. A part of it may be that she's suspicious of how genuine his affection is or if he's just wanting sex with her. Given the old guy actually seems to have some sort of genuine care for her well being, we can even see in the omake that he is happy for her moving on from prostitution rather than disappointed he can't keep fucking her, she probably had a similar situation with him as she had with the shy guy. Likely the old guy displayed some form of genuine care for her well being and she offered to fuck him.

So at the end here, when the guy just leaves her with the old guy she felt vindicated in her opinion of him, that he didn't actually care about her and just wanted sex. Because to her, genuine feelings would mean him being willing to risk potentially alienating himself from her if it meant she'd be better off for it.
