@dosukinuta03: Miyu was just Cthugha's VA. From Wikipedia: "Her scheduled and ongoing roles were taken over by Yui Horie,[8][9] Yumi Kakazu,[10][11] Reina Ueda[12] and Noriko Shitaya.[13][14]" VAs are replaceable. I don't know about the future of that series, but her death should not really affect it, they could just cast a different VA in this role.

So what we cannot get is Kuuko's voice. This is indeed a tragedy, although in a decade or so I wouldn't be surprised to see AI solutions for that.
