Yes, I did. It's big enough so you should do it yourself. Assuming you have the game files:
1) Download the latest version of the UniExtract release from the GitHub (as of current it's 2.0.0 RC 3)
2) Run the .exe and extract the .pk you're looking for (blowjob sounds are mostly in env.pk)
3) Go to the folder and rename all the files' extensions from .PX to .ogg with a file renaming tool (I like XnView MP cuz I use it to shrink images too but Bulk Rename Utility's good)

Do you know what's the deal with "Voice.pk"? I extracted it, but it has 2600+ OGG files, all less than a MB, but I can't play any of them.

My advice would be to use a better player. Media Player Classic is my preference because it reads almost everything. I've tested random files from voice.pk on it and it works fine. If you do pick it up, make sure to have the latest K-Lite Codec Pack.
