11-13 Is not good cpr, First you must put the injured person down to ground, on the back not on the site as they do. And then you do the push down in the center of the chest 5cm (2 inches) not the opper chest or you do damage to the ribs

@Kuro Neko - I mean, let's be honest, there is absolutely nothing appealing about ACTUAL CPR, unless you're into vomit, heavy bruising, almost guaranteed broken ribs, and forcing the heart to beat and filling the lungs of someone who's essentially dead.

Does this CPR stuff make people hot cos it's a scenario where someone physically 'saves' another's life? From experience of doing it with actual living beings. CPR is overall disgusting, it's painful, uncomfortable, if the victim drowned, it's cold and wet in an unpleasant way, it's exhausting for you, you feel the ribs, and if you don't do it correctly, you can crack them, and the "kiss" part is little more than blowing air.

Also, you have your own heart in your throat, because the victim is clinically dead when you do this, and you have a couple of minutes to change that (unless help is on the way, of course, BECAUSE you called for help before starting CPR), before the damage is permanent, or there is no recovery at all.

Also, if possible, you should use a bag valve mask for the breathing part, since you will actually pump a lot of O2, instead of a heavily reduced amount.

没人在意有的手势不规范吗，双手交叉着按，整只手掌贴着，还横着来按，肋骨很容易断的；这不是在救人这是在谋杀，所以不懂就不要乱按了
还有姿势步骤做正确了，一般不会断肋骨，除非太大力了或者按太久了还有病人骨脆，说断基本是正确根本就是在乱说，不懂装懂

壓斷肋骨很正常，就算是EMP也一樣會壓斷。
每個人的胸部軟組織的厚度、骨骼的強度都不一樣，對急救來說與其避免骨折綁手綁腳的壓，不如確實的壓下去，肋骨斷了會復原，心臟停了可不會自己恢復。
以台灣來說，任何人都可以對傷者進行基本緊急救救治，除非是故意使人傷亡，否則可以免除任何法律責任；這是為了讓人民勇於幫助傷者，而不是為了避免搭上責任而冷眼旁觀讓一條生命逝去。
